The office, the current date and time, the name it's under and when you could come instead.
- 2
Check it
Reply YES and Book calls during office hours.
- 3
Get the new time
The assistant moves it if the office has a slot that fits, or texts you the openings.
What to put in your text
- The dentist's name and the street or city
- Your current appointment: date, time and the name it's under
- The days and times that work for the new one
- Whether you want to cancel instead of reschedule
Good to know
- Book doesn't see the office's calendar or yours. It asks the office what's open and works from what you said is fine.
- If the office mentions a late-change fee, the assistant doesn't agree to pay it. It passes it on and you decide.
- If nothing fits, it doesn't cancel your current appointment unless you asked it to. It texts you the options.
- Book calls regular US and Canadian business phone numbers.
Questions
Will it cancel my old appointment?

Can it cancel an appointment instead?
Yes. Say so in your text, and it asks the office to cancel it.
What if the office is closed?
Ask it to call when they open and it will place the call then.
Is Book free?
