What Book does

You tell Book what you'd like booked — a reservation, an appointment, or a similar request. Book places a real phone call to the business you name, using an AI voice assistant, and reports back what happened. Book acts on your instructions but does not guarantee any business will fulfill your request.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for the accuracy of what you tell us, and for confirming time-sensitive or important details independently if it matters to you. Don't use Book to contact a business for anything illegal, harassing, or fraudulent.

Not for emergencies or medical advice

Book is not for emergencies — call your local emergency number instead. It places calls and passes along information you give it; it does not give medical, legal, or financial advice, and you shouldn't rely on it for anything where a mistake could cause harm.

AI assistant

Calls are conducted by an AI, not a human employee. It's instructed to represent your request accurately and to disclose that it's an AI if asked, but like any assistant it can misunderstand a detail or a business's response. Review the confirmation we text you and follow up directly with the business if something matters and needs certainty.

No warranty; limitation of liability

Book is provided "as is." We aren't liable for a business declining your request, misunderstandings during a call, or any loss arising from relying on a call outcome without independently confirming it with the business.

Account & termination

You can stop using Book and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse of the service, including excessive or harassing call requests.
