What to put in your text
- The restaurant's name and the city or street
- Party size, date, time and how flexible you are
- The name the table should be under
- Anything they'd ask about: a high chair, a birthday, seating or an allergy
Good to know
- Phone-only restaurants often take calls only at certain hours. Say you'd like it to call when they open and Book will place the call then.
- If the restaurant wants a card to hold the table, Book doesn't give card numbers. It asks how to secure it and texts you.
- If your time is full, it doesn't pick a different time unless you said that's fine. It asks what's open and texts you the choices.
- Large parties can have extra rules, such as set menus or deposits. Mention yours so the assistant asks.
Questions
How do I know the restaurant doesn't take online reservations?

Is Book free?
