Your slot is booked
The assistant calls and texts you the day and time, or the openings it was offered.
What to put in your text
- The salon or barber and the street or city
- The service, for example a cut, color, trim, nails or a wax
- A preferred stylist, if you have one
- Days and times you can come in
- The name for the booking
Good to know
- If your stylist isn't free, the assistant asks about other times with them first, and only books someone else if you said that's fine.
- Book doesn't pay or give a card number on a call. If the shop wants a deposit, the assistant asks how it works and texts you.
- Prices are not negotiated or agreed to on a call. It asks what the service costs only if you asked it to.
