What to put in your text

  • The Planet Fitness location (street or city)
  • The name on the membership, plus the phone number or email on the account
  • That you want to cancel, not freeze, and from when
  • A request for the confirmation by email, if you want one

Good to know

  • The gym decides how a membership can be cancelled, and that can differ by location. If it must be done in person, in writing or in your account, the assistant tells you.
  • It doesn't agree to fees, give card numbers or accept offers for you. It passes them on and you decide.
  • Check your membership agreement for notice periods and fees. Book doesn't give legal advice.
  • To handle it yourself, ask Book to ring you when a person answers.
