- The company's name and city, or the city you're in
- What there is: furniture, appliances, boxes, yard waste
- How much, roughly, such as a quarter of a truck or a few items
- Access: stairs, an elevator, a garage, how far it is to carry
- When you'd like it gone
Good to know
- Prices over the phone are estimates. Many companies confirm on arrival or ask for photos, which Book can't send.
- Some items, like paint, tires or hazardous materials, cost extra or aren't taken. Mention them in your text.
- Book doesn't book or pay unless you ask it to book a time, and it doesn't give card numbers.
- Book makes one call per request, and calls regular US and Canadian business phone numbers.
